The service in this location is exceptional. Eugene Chae is very patient and helpful in answering all our questions from start to finish. He made our decision on picking the right car for our family an easy one. He is very knowledgeable, sincere and anticipates customer's needs. It's not very common when a sales consultant sides with the customer as if he was buying the car with his own hard earned money. Even after sales, when we had follow-up questions, he resolved it right away for us. His understanding on how the car operates is superb. It's better than reading the manual. He's the best compared to other car salesperson we've dealt before.
Chris was also helpful in processing the car insurance and explained in detail on which insurance was cost effective and made more sense.
