November was a very busy month for Nissan.
November was a very busy month for Nissan. Indeed, the Japanese manufacturer unveiled four new models during the Los Angeles Auto Show, and each one seemed to be aimed at a different type of buyer. New vehicles unveiled in November by Nissan include the new 2017 Nissan Sentra Nismo, 2017 Nissan Versa Note, a special edition Nissan Juke and a limited edition Star Wars Nissan Rogue.
Here’s a look at each new Nissan model unveiled this month.
2017 Nissan Sentra Nismo
The 2017 Nissan Sentra Nismo is the fourth Nismo model to join the Nissan lineup after the GT-R, 370Z and Juke. Like its three siblings, the Sentra Nismo puts the focus squarely on performance with its 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 188 horsepower. An advanced suspension system featuring monotube shocks in the front and rear will ensure a perfect connection between the 2017 Sentra Nismo and the road.
Outside, 18-inch wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot tires and the overall design of the vehicle is a lot more aggressive. Red accents are everywhere both inside and out, and Alcantara can be found on the steering wheel for added grip. A six-speed manual is standard while a sport-tuned CVT automatic gearbox is optional.
2017 Nissan Versa Note
Nissan didn’t completely redesign the 2017 Nissan Versa Note, but it didn’t have to. Still one of the most versatile and spacious subcompact cars in its class, the new Versa Note keeps its fuel-efficient 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 109 horsepower. Outside, it gets new wheels along with a redesigned V-shaped grill. Three new exterior colors are also added to the menu.
Nissan Juke Black Pearl
The Nissan Juke already stands out on the road, but the Nissan Juke Black Pearl pushes the envelope even further with a beautiful deep black paint accentuated by white accents. Mechanically, the Juke Black Pearl offers the same features at the traditional Juke.
Nissan Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition
Definitely the star of the show, the Nissan Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition will be offered in either black or white to symbolize the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance, and will also feature a host of Star Wars and Rogue One emblems both inside and out. Based on the 2017 Nissan Rogue, the Star Wars Limited Edition will be difficult to find as only 400 are coming to Canada. That said, each one comes with its very own life-size Death Trooper helmet!
